Annkes dream foam
Last week, there was Annkes "pears, beans and bacon". In addition, boiled potatoes, which were allowed to rest in the pot after cooking once firmly wrapped in a towel in the bed under the plumeau, until the rest was finished. We are real fans of this North German stew. Under twice cash on delivery you can barely get out of the box at "Beer'n, Bohn un Speck" (Platt, ne). the crowning sweet ending, Annke served the infamous Dream Foam. The Dream Foam accompanies us for a few years and we have him very dear. It not only tastes fantastically delicious, but is also fantastically easy and quick to use three ingredients:
The organic ingredients:
1 Soja Cuisine Pack (as cold as possible from the fridge)
3 tablespoons compote or jam 70% fruit (eg apricot or plum)
some smoothed jelly or a finished jelly Fruit Sauce (eg Elderberry Cassis).
Here's how it works:
The soy cuisine along with the marmalade or compote in Add a high mixing beaker and beat with a hand mixer in a few minutes until frothy. That's it with the preparation. If you want to be on the safe side and have no problem with glucose and starch, you can also add some creamy stiffness; this is not normally necessary.
Put the dream foam in the fridge until it is served. Then cut off the cam or spoon the foam into jars or bowls and sprinkle with the jelly or the fruit sauce to taste.
Hmmmm ... frothy, fruity, not too sweet ... without milk products, egg and extra sugar ... really one Dream. Thanks a *.
